The “Gall-Up” shell
results from the fusion of fibreglass reinforced resin plastic hand-stratified
with two cm. of polyurethane as insulation in the classic “sandwich” structure,
thereby giving the shell the quality of being a self-bearing monocoque while
simultaneously guaranteeing the absolute solidity of the structure and the
complete lack of any type of infiltration due to the absence of seams in the
structure. The interior fittings, made of multi-ply plywood, is particularly
functional and welcoming, guaranteeing the comfort of up to four people thanks
to the intelligent arrangement of the space and the surprisingly comfortable
result. In fact, if you see the monocoque from the outside you shall be
pleasantly surprised when visiting the inside. You can’t imagine how spacious it
is, and you’ll be impressed by the high-quality and dependable accessories, from

SPECIFICATIONS OF INTEGRAL MONOCOQUE
BODY
Self-supporting monocoque body,
with internal and external bodywork in fibreglass insulated with high-density
polyurethane foam. 25 mm. thick.
The
external covering is in extra thick gelcoat fibreglass reinforced with top
quality glass fibres making the walls hail and knock resistant.
The
body is moulded as one piece without seams and extremely lightweight.
Cushions and mattresses are in 35
kg/m3 density, quality foam rubber.
Galvanized steel stabiliser jacks:
rotating at the front for travel/parking position, hidden at the rear inside the
outline of the body
Even
large holes can be drilled for the installation of accessories without
jeopardising the structure’s solidity
Hooking driving cab up to pick-up
is simple and safe using metal screw couplings fixed directly to the
chassis.
